Review

Hotel Ibis prides itself in providing cheap but good accommodation around the world. The Singapore hotel Ibis is a testimony to that. The best part about hotel Ibis is the location. It is located 5 minutes walk to the MRT ( Train/subway) station. It is also surrounded by a 10 minutes walk radius to Little India, a huge mall (Bugis Junction) and a hawker center which offers good and cheap local food.

The service staff are polite and efficient and the rooms are very clean. I am generally very particular about the cleanliness of the toilet and Hotel Ibis’s toilet is excellent in this. The hotel is newly refurbished, so most of the equipments and facade are in good condition.

The bed is normal spring mattress, soft by European standards but just to my liking. There are free internet terminals in the lobby. The room is decently sized to me (for the money I’m paying) but the fridge is really very small (about 70% of normal 1 door fridge)

Overall: For its location, it probably difficult to find another hotel of this quality for this price.
